Abaco Systems is looking for an RMA Manager who will work cross-functionally to meet priority on customer requests for service fulfillment. This position will also be responsible for planning, coordinating, monitoring and reviewing daily operational processes and activities to ensure delivery of quality services and customer satisfaction.
