As an AbleTo Clinical Supervisor, you’ll lead an experienced team of talented, licensed therapists (full-time and/or contractors) and ensure they are equipped to provide AbleTo programs to participants across the country, making a lasting impact in the world of behavioral health. 

What You’ll Do: 

• As a leader in a fast-paced environment, you’ll work to ensure that our experienced therapists have what they need to perform at their highest levels, empowering them to thrive in their careers. 
• Coach the team and provide additional support to our therapists to enable them to deliver high quality care. Encourage a positive, nurturing culture for your team while also overseeing participant safety and satisfaction. 
• Lend your creative solutions, ideas, and aspirations to clinical or cross-departmental special projects, allowing you to grow professionally. 
• Provide quality oversight to a team of therapists through advisory meetings, and support the recruitment and onboarding of new AbleTo therapists. 
• Supervise and ensure that utilization rates of therapists are at target levels.
• Connect with a diverse community of peers located across the country, giving you access to learn, network and share best practices. 

Who You Are:  

• Master of Social Work with a license to practice clinical social work in a private practice setting; Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or equivalent.
• Six years of clinical practice, with three to five years of supervisory experience.
• Holds knowledge of health information related to adult health and mental health, along with an understanding of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing. 
• Ability to provide leadership to teams such as mentoring, coaching, and developing a team of therapists within an evidence-based framework. 
• Has a passion for mental health, and social work and a desire to help others live happier and healthier lives.
