Job Description:

Work Experiences:

3+ years of experience in a distribution center conducting inbound vendor auditing

Skills:

• Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Word and RF Warehouse Management Systems required
• Effective communication skills required
• Detail-oriented, highly organized; possess strong analytical skills required
• The ability to handle multiple projects efficiently and meet deadlines required
• Must work well independently as well as in a team environment required
• Working knowledge of the CRT and WMS preferred
• Understanding of computer printouts preferred

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance of vendors by auditing their shipments
• Verify ASN shipments by inspecting condition of items; comparing count/measure of items to purchase order and ASN transmissions and noting discrepancies
• Complete audit work papers by documenting audit results and findings and communicate to appropriate personnel
• Maintain safe and clean working environment by adhering to sanitation policies and procedures
• Team members may be required to work in mezzanines and or handling equipment up to 35 ft. high and in extreme temperatures

• Constantly stand, handle, use repetitive motions (hand/wrist/fingers) and feel; frequently required to walk, reach, and lift; occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, push, and pull. 
• Constantly lift up to 10 pounds; occasionally lift 11 to 30 pounds; and lift rarely 31 to 60 pounds. 
• Ability to hear and specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
• Acceptable level of hearing and vision to perform job duties.
• Adhere to company work hours, policies, procedures and rules governing professional staff behavior.
