Job Description:

WORK EXPERIENCE:

6+ months of related work experience

Experience using a computer-based warehouse managements system (WMS) preferred

EDUCATION:

High school diploma or G.E.D.

SKILLS & ABILITIES:

• Ability to read, write and perform basic math
• Ability to read and understand computer printouts
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Analytical
• Organizational
• Prioritization
• Communication – effective listening, speaking, and writing

ATTENDANCE:

• Regular attendance required.

Physical demands and requirements include:

• Constantly stand, walk, sit, reach, handle, use of fingers, use repetitive motions (hand/wrist/fingers) and feel; frequently required to stoop, crouch, use fingers, grasp, push, and pull; occasionally required to balance  
• Constantly lift up to 20 pounds; frequently lift 21 to 40 pounds; and occasionally lift 41 to 60 pounds 
• Ability to hear and specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus 
• Occasionally climb stairs and work in mezzanines and modules up to 35 feet high
• Ability to work in extreme temperatures required

SOME DUTIES:

• Create and maintain files
• Receive and split purchase orders through the WMS
• Generate key requisitions from purchase orders through the WMS
• Create and closes key requisitions, splits purchase orders, and prints tickets, as needed
• Record, post, log, enter, photocopy, and/or update information or data
• Communicate on a daily basis with Accounts Payable
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by adhering to company policies and procedures

• Required to learn Company policies and procedures
• Required to learn Company safety rules
