Job Description:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science or related field

Work Experiences:

  • 3 years’ experience in Project Management or relevant field of study preferred
  • Experience with IT policies, procedures, standards, and guideline’s

Skills:

  • Strong business acumen, i.e. Store Operations, Distribution Center Operations, Supply Chain, Merchandising, HR, Finance, Legal, Information Technology; analytical with strong problem-solving abilities, creative resolution skills, and technical aptitude
  • Customer service oriented; effective listening, speaking and writing skills with varying levels of team members and leaders
  • Ability to lead or work on projects of all sizes and complexity
  • Ability to facilitate group work sessions and drive team consensus
  • Ability to work well under pressure while consistently meeting time sensitive deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills to interface effectively with individuals at various levels

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the efforts with the development and maintenance of project plans, issues logs, requirements documents and other project documentation
  • Create, modify, and obtain approval of business analysis artifacts, including project intake documentation, business requirements documents, process flows, traceability matrix testing documents, interface analysis, and data mapping
  • Manages the execution of a small size project or aspects of a larger project
  • Schedules and coordinates project meetings and other facilitated sessions
  • Creates and delivers presentations on project issues, status, change request and plans to diverse audiences (for example, managers, customers, suppliers, all stakeholders and project staff)
  • Lead business analysis activities on cross-functional, enterprise-wide projects
  • Compile project results in a format meaningful to both the business  and stakeholders
  • Provides and supports project planning and implementation
  • Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions
  • Assists with tasks and issues follow-up including contacting project team members for tasks and issue status, communicating potential conflicts and issues to the appropriate manager and updating the necessary logs and plans
  • Participate in strategic planning with regards to program development
  • Develop a thorough understanding of Academy’s policies, procedures and safety rules
  • Duties may change; team members may be required to perform other duties as assigned

  • Acceptable level of hearing and vision to perform job duties
  • Adhere to company work hours, policies, procedures and rules governing professional staff behavior
