Job Description:

Education:         

• Associate’s degree in relevant field of study or equivalent years of related work experience required

Work Experiences:        

• At least two years of related work experience required

Skills:

• Strong computer skills with demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of relocation benefits and processes
• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service focus
• Excellent organizational skills
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Maintain confidentiality
• Ability to prioritize and to handle multiple tasks and meet multiple deadlines simultaneously
• Communication – effective listening, speaking, and writing
• Acceptable level of hearing and vision to perform job duties

Responsibilities:

• Oversees and process all relocation benefits for team members in stores, corporate, and distribution centers in multiple states
• Prepares relocation correspondence and agreements with all new team members relocating to join the company and current team members transferring to new locations
• Partners with professional movers to schedule moves for team members relocating
• Responsible for all travel arrangements related to relocations
• Partners with all levels of leadership on exceptions to relocation packages and agreements
• Analyze and prepare monthly spending and ad hoc reports
• Analyze current relocation packages and provide alternative solutions for improvement
• Processes, tracks and reconciles expenses, invoices and credit card transactions. Maintains outstanding invoice and expense log
• Compiles details of taxable direct bill relocation expenses and prepare quarterly reports
• Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner, gathers and analyzes information
• Prepares and scans completed relocations
• Maintain membership in World Wide Employee Relocation Council (WWERC)
• Maintain membership in Houston Relocation Professionals (HRP)
