Job Description:

Education:

• 3 + years of Retail and/or Maintenance Experience
• Basic understanding of Retail Operations

Work Experiences:

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or relevant field of study preferred

Skills:

• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills to interface effectively with individuals at various levels
• Ability to work well independently, as well as effectively contribute to a team environment
• Analytical with strong problem solving abilities and creative resolution skills
• Ability to work well under pressure while consistently meeting time sensitive deadlines
• Ability to remain organized, pay attention to detail, and meet critical deadlines
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work on multiple projects in a fast paced environment
• Demonstrate flexibility while working on tasks simultaneously
• Strong Microsoft Office program experience, including Excel and Word

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate stores questions or issues to determine severity and communicate to vendors and key business units
• Responsible for dispatching, coordinating and overseeing preventative maintenance work orders and repairs (pest control, parking lot sweeping, power washing, janitorial, equipment repairs etc.)
• Support the stores and communicate pertinent information and responses back to the stores
• Responsible for establishing and following a departmental budget
• Search and identify quality vendors and ensure they are qualified to deliver their job
• Responsible for learning company policies and procedures related to the maintenance department
• Learn/enforce company safety rules as required to efficiently carryout the tasks that entails with the job
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical and building automation issues
• Duties may change; Team Member may be required to perform other duties as assigned

• Adhere to company work hours, policies, procedures and rules governing professional staff behavior
• Regular attendance required
