Job Description:

Education:

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. required.


Work Experiences:

  • Three months of inventory control, materials management, record keeping or clerical experience isrequired.
  • May require experience in operating a forklift and other motorized or non-motorized materialshandling equipment.

Skills:

  • Good verbal andwritten communication skills, leadership skills, strong work ethic, timemanagement skills, organization skills, can-do attitude, and sense of urgency
  • Ability to learn and operate facility equipment including computers and forklifts
  • Must have a high levelof computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Flexible work schedule due to changing operational needs
  • Manual dexterity sufficientto operate a computer keyboard and other warehouse equipment

Responsibilities:

  • Process and deliver all incoming and outgoing documents and parcels. Deliver all documents andparcels on assigned route in a timely and efficient manner
  • Ability to prioritize and process a volume of documents andparcels within daily deadlines
  • Perform Distribution Center routinetasks and all tasks as directed
  • Researches and troubleshoots RF connectivity problems
  • Creates and maintains files
  • Verifies work to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Maintains a safe and clean working environment by adhering to sanitationpolicies and procedures
  • Required to learncompany policies and procedures
  • Duties may change and associates may be required to perform other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements& Attendance


WORKING CONDITIONS:

  • There are routine discomforts including exposure to moderate heat, cold,moisture/wetness and unpleasant air conditions.
  • The position involves considerable physical exertion,such as regular climbing of ladders, lifting of heavy objects (up to 60 pounds) on a highly frequent basis and/or assuming awkward positions for long periods of time.

  • Working in non-air conditioned warehouse environment
  • Adhere to company work hours, policies, procedures and rules governing professional staff behavior
