ACEABLE Product Designer Salary in the United States

ABOUT THIS POSITION

This role covers the full breadth of the product design discipline: research, prototyping, validation, iteration, and using data to inform your decisions. As a Product Designer, you'll partner with product managers, the Learning Experience team, Engineering, and Customer Experience to understand our business goals and user needs and translate them into intuitive designs. You will be supported by a well-rounded product design team with multiple levels of seniority.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Research, prototype, test, and design UI and interactions; work with developers to launch features on all our platforms
• Support our eCommerce websites by fleshing out experiments and layouts that can impact revenue and conversion.
• Work with Product Managers and the Learning Experience team to influence our product roadmap
• Think creatively to solve problems within challenging constraints
• Build positive relationships with your design team as well as stakeholders throughout the business
• Obsess over our students, love asking why, and nerd out on all things product and design

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• 4 years of UX-focused product design experience
• Experience using Figma/sketch as a wireframing and UI design tool
• Experience using prototyping tools to create low-fidelity user flows as well as high-fidelity, complex interactions
• Experience working within the constraints of a design system
• A strong desire to talk to our students and make recommendations to our development roadmap.
• Experience building great user experiences on native as well as web platforms
• UI and interaction design skills backed up by solid UX principles
• A current portfolio

Built by former teachers, NASA engineers, and those passionate about education, our team is obsessed with helping people reach their life goals and milestones through online certification. 

After launching our first mobile app to provide accredited driver's ed courses, Aceable expanded into real estate education and most recently entered into healthcare education. We are currently co-matrixed and broken out into three core areas of responsibility: Verticals (ex: Driving, Real Estate, Healthcare), Product Experience Platform, and eCommerce Platform.

Colorado Residents: the salary range for this role is $97,000- $107,000 annually.
