POSITION OVERVIEW:
• Assist in new hire orientation and scheduling of new hires
• Assist in recruiting efforts: phone screening of candidates, scheduling interviews, greeting candidates, prepare offer letters
• Compile new hire documentation and pre-screening processing for new hires
• Maintain ongoing employee files in HRIS
• Work closely with all new hires to troubleshoot and ensure a smooth onboarding process
• Enter new hires and all status changes for employees into the HRIS system and maintain impeccable data records
• Monitor, audit, and ensure compliance on all new hire paperwork for accuracy
• Maintain employee files through HRIS system
• Support directors and partners with various HR needs
• Handle employee relations issues and escalate as needed
Requirements
• 3+ years of human resource experience
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business or human resources preferred
• Ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects - exceptional time management skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to complete tasks from start to finish while experiencing multiple distractions.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Ability to ask for help when questions arise.
• Ability to promote and maintain professional, positive working relationships within the firm.
• Strong work ethic, excellent customer service skills, dependability, and punctuality.
