What you'll do: 

• Responsible for the execution of full life-cycle recruiting
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, educational institutions and the business
• Leverage recruiting knowledge, recruitment results and competitive market intelligence to drive strategies and influence key internal stakeholders on recruitment activities and programs
• Serve as a “Brand Ambassador” to expand our internal & external footprint 
• Source accounting and various business advisory professionals for strategic hires and just-in-time hiring to meet the needs of our growing firm
• Collaborate with Hiring Partner(s) and Manager(s) to understand service area and recruiting needs, create a comprehensive networking and sourcing plan, and present offers
• Responsible for the execution of full life-cycle campus recruiting, including leading on-campus recruiting efforts at assigned target schools
• Develop and deploy the campus recruiting strategy for all practices (fulltime needs, internship needs, and office and school events/activities)
• Collaborate with Events Manager for campus activities calendar and in-office recruiting programs as necessary
• Maintain relationships with college placement offices 
• Manage outside recruiting firm vendor relationships

Location: Denver, CO 

What you'll bring: 

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred and 
• 2-4 years’ experience recruiting for public accounting firms and
• 2-4 years’ experience in campus recruiting for accounting firms or
• Similar combination of education and experience
• Experience working in LinkedIn Recruit preferred
• Ability to build strong relationships and networks with candidates and internal stakeholders
• Consultative approach toward clients and ability to influence others
• Strong work ethic, excellent customer service skills, dependability, and punctuality
