Auberle Seeks: Employment Institute Case Manager

The Employment Institute at Auberle exists to ensure that at-risk individuals can obtain job skills, bolster work ethic, and find training that leads to a career path. The Employment Institute has created a comprehensive program that defines success as obtaining and maintaining real jobs and viable career paths in in-demand industries. The program currently offers access to certification programs, a digital work ethic badge, hands-on training, GED courses, free drivers training all through one-on-one case management and linking to other support services as needed.

The ideal candidate for an Employment Institute Case Manager will have a commitment to and be passionate about serving at-risk individuals. Candidate who enjoy setting and achieving aggressive goals, and using data to drive decision making would be an excellent fit for this role.

Key Objectives of this Role:

• Develop aggressive success measures that focus on participants gaining and keeping career-level jobs using trauma-informed approaches to service delivery while planning and implementing evidence-based and best-practice world-class programming.
• Assist in the recruitment of appropriate participants and supervise participants involved in programs to ensure the highest quality outcomes by using fidelity checks.
• Create and maintain a positive, inclusive culture based on respect that builds a diverse group of high performers who expect and deliver excellence and exhibit agency pride.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree preferred, but related experience working with young adults, adults and other at-risk populations would be accepted
• Valid Pennsylvania Drivers License and proof of insurance
• ACT 33/34 and FBI Clearances
• Flexibility in work schedule to meet the needs of the youth and program schedules of the Institute with excellent multi-tasking ability and a passion for excellence and a work ethic to support it
• Demonstrated effective leadership in coaching and coordinating at-risk individuals to create a healthy and motivating environment for each one to be recognized for achieving success.
