Position Overview
The HRIS Analyst 2 is responsible for day to day support and system maintenance within Workday with a focus on transaction workflow/approval mapping. This individual serves as a technical point of contact for all employee Workday issues and respond to these issues through the ticketing system. Document system processes and procedures and assist in guiding and training the end users across the organization.
Essential Job Functions
• Identify solutions that are appropriate to the organization's needs and culture, including approvals, security, and notifications
• Provide technical support and system maintenance for Workday US Payroll and Time Tracking
• Responsible for researching Tier 2 type questions from the Aveanna Workday Help Desk.
• Partner with People Services/HRIS team members to work through associate issues that arise out of system use
• Recommends best practices to ensure optimal use of Workday Payroll
• Process improvement and providing solutions to process issues that occur
• Process organizational structure changes and security role assignments
• Assign location, supervisory, company, and cost center, and custom organizations to workers
• Maintain system designs and documentation over time
• Test and update the system for each Workday release
• Ensure data integrity, test system changes, and develop custom report per stakeholders requests
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or related field
• 3 -5 years Workday Payroll configuration experience with the ability to analyze and recommend enhancements to payroll processes to streamline operations and optimize efficiency while ensuring data integrity
• Experience in supporting internal HR clients
• Strong Excel and analytical skills
• Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills
• Experience providing tier 2 support to managers and employees
• Ability to work at all levels of the organization
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team structure
