Who YOU are:

The Project Manager will support the day to day operations of the Consulting team by ensuring all projects remain on time and on budget, are tracked and monitored daily, maintain the library of consulting materials, and take project management responsibility for all Consulting team Scope of Work documents as well as companywide RFP responses.

In addition, this role will also work directly on client facing projects as a Project Manager for technology consulting engagements up to 50% of the time.

A few key responsibilities:

• Ensure that all active projects are on time and on budget.
• Act as a Workfront Admin and run reports.
• NPS score manager for all projects.
• Update and maintain content library with most recent versions of content.
• Own, maintain and distribute team SLA’s and SOP’s.
• Partner with sales to ensure Consulting team deliverable are on time and provide updates related to client required documentation.
• Maintain regular touchpoints and interactions with all consultants to ensure processes and communication flows operate as they’re designed to, optimizing for efficiency as needed.
• Create timelines for presentation materials, coordinate internally to track delivery status, communicate status to stakeholders, and manage final assets.

What WE expect:

• Experience with LucidChart, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
• Experience as a Workfront power user.
• 2-5 years of experience as a technical Project Manager.
• Superior communication, presentation and organizational skills.
• Ability to self-manage workload and daily plans.
• Extremely efficient with an attention to detail.
• Ability to ensure customer satisfaction while adhering to the allocated budget.
