CLOVER LEAF SOLUTIONS Construction QA Manager Salary in the United States

Clover Leaf is looking for an experienced Construction QA Manager to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who can work as part of a team and individually. 

Job Responsibilities

Provide oversight of construction projects, to ensure implementation of the defined quality assurance requirements and program infrastructure for construction and demolition projects and project related activities. Develop and maintain consistency in the application of Clover Leaf quality requirements and ensure requirements and performance efforts are in accordance with project specification requirements. Individual may be directly involved in providing input on procedures, project, and construction processes. Will also provide assistance with the resolution of non-conformances, and with quality control functions in support of construction and demolition activities.

Oversight includes working directly with field superintendent, plant operating organizations, and subcontractors to assist in defining and understanding applicable quality requirements and to ensure consistent and complete organizational flow down of the requirements into implementing procedures and programs for construction related activities. Oversight also includes leading, or performing assessments and surveillances on construction and demolition activities for Clover Leaf, and necessitates the responsibility for having a strong field presence in assigned areas.

Required Qualifications

• One year of satisfactory quality control performance implementing and documenting the results of inspections or tests that are required to be performed in accordance with documented procedures, acceptable standards, and/or industry practices.
• Basic knowledge, education and experience met by one or a combination of the following criteria;
  • Two years of related experience in equivalent verification, inspection or testing activities
  • OR 
  • High School graduation and six months of related experience in equivalent verification, inspection or testing activities.
  • OR
  • Completion of College level work leading to an associate’s degree in a related discipline plus three months of related experience in equivalent verification, inspection or testing activities.
• Eligibility for a Q clearance which includes citizenship.
