The Solution Architect role applies vast experience of system architecture, security architecture, application technologies and infrastructure architecture to support key IT initiatives. The candidate must apply their knowledge of IT, Security best practices appropriately to define IT solutions. The individual must possess the ability to analyze solutions and technologies and provide solution architecture based on knowledge of the organization's current and future needs.

The candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to: reviewing information security portfolio requirements, providing solution design, technical guidance to support Information security projects, evangelizing best practices and proven patterns, and escalating architecture issues and concerns. The candidate will promote the use of Corporate IT standards, and will create architectures and designs, and will develop target state architectures.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelors or advanced degree in Computer Science, Math, or other engineering discipline
5+ years as an Information Security architect responsible for making key decisions on enterprise security solutions.
Extensive knowledge of enterprise security landscape, security protocols, platforms, cryptography, authentication, authorization, access and threat management
5+ years of experience in architecting security solutions
Experience implementing multi-factor authentication, single sign-on, identity management or related technologies
Ability to collaborate with enterprise teams to articulate security controls and security measures
3+ years hands on application solution design experience in AWS using AWS native services
AWS Solution Architect or AWS Security Specialty certification and with hands on experience
2+ years experience on selecting, architecture reviewing, integration architecture with SaaS/COTS solutions
2+ years experience with application security architecture for applications and SaaS solutions
5+ years experience with performance optimizations such as improving scalability, availability, demand, continuity, etc.
2+ years experience in architecting application resiliency at component level and for Disaster recovery
Excellent communication, presentation, and architecture documentation skills
Professional demeanor
8-10 years of experience

Preferred Qualifications:
Good understanding of Advanced Analytics, Data Science and Client
CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) certification or similar certifications.
TOGAF Certification or a good understanding of TOGAF or other EA frameworks
