This role will be part of a tight knit team. While most marketing automation and CRM platforms take 6-12 months to implement, Intuvo prides itself in the ability to deploy in 30-60 days. Your role is critical in making this happen for our customers.
This role is a combination of a marketing specialist, CRM guru and project manager. Your goal is to help a customer quickly assess their goals, develop a project plan and get your hands dirty helping them execute.
Expectations
Experience as an account manager/implementations specialist at a software company or experience implementing marketing or CRM systems at your own company. You’ll need to be exceptional at setting customer expectations, keeping track of many projects at once and creatively solving technical problems. If you’re the type of person who loves interacting with many different types of companies, solving complicated problems and a constantly changing environment this job is for you!
Knowledge & Experience Required:
· 1-3 years project management or account management experience
· Strong web presentation experience with WebEx, GoToMeeting or similar
· Ability to set and manage customer expectations, experience with C level executives
· 1-3 years' experience with PM software such as Asana
· Intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, and, Outlook
· Strong excel skills cleansing data, and transforming spreadsheets
Previous Experience
· Priority given to candidates with a background at any of the following types of companies
· Financial Software experience (Loan Origination Systems, core systems, Credit Unions, Mortgage Banks)
· Marketing automation experience (Eloqua, marketo, etc.)
· Experience in a marketing role developing HTML emails, print materials, digital marketing
