Customer Care Representative
Intuvo is a rapidly growing startup backed by CU Direct, the biggest name in financial technology for Credit Unions. We’ve been doubling in every metric annually for the past three years and are looking for more fuel to throw into the fire. We’ve created an amazing CRM & Marketing automation system that boosts business by 30% for Credit Unions, Regional Banks and Mortgage Banks like BECU and Digital Credit Union.
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Customer Care Representative to join our Customer Care team. This role will report directly to our Customer Care Supervisor, working to create the best customer experience possible when interacting with our customer base. This position will deliver dedicated and specialized customer service to Intuvo customers, providing over-the-phone support and troubleshooting of Intuvo’s suite of products and services.
This role requires a highly-motivated individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment, with rapid changes in direction. Position Requirements
Knowledge & Experience
• Two+ years’ experience in CRM, database and/or marketing software applications
• One+ years’ of related experience in a similar role or industry
• Application support experience with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Access
• Working knowledge of a range of software, diagnostic and support tools including GoTo Assist, LogMeIn Rescue and Help Desk ticketing systems, Adobe Acrobat Pro and Photoshop.
