Customer Care Representative
Intuvo is a rapidly growing startup backed by CU Direct, the biggest name in financial technology for Credit Unions. We’ve been doubling in every metric annually for the past three years and are looking for more fuel to throw into the fire. We’ve created an amazing CRM & Marketing automation system that boosts business by 30% for Credit Unions, Regional Banks and Mortgage Banks like BECU and Digital Credit Union.
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Customer Care Representative to join our Customer Care team. This role will report directly to our Customer Care Supervisor, working to create the best customer experience possible when interacting with our customer base. This position will deliver dedicated and specialized customer service to Intuvo customers, providing over-the-phone support and troubleshooting of Intuvo’s suite of products and services.
This role requires a highly-motivated individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment, with rapid changes in direction. • Deliver exceptional service and support to our users by providing fast and accurate responses
• Be proactive by identifying opportunities for our team to provide better support, educate our users, and scale our support model
• Passionate about helping people adopt new and exciting technology
• Superb troubleshooting and problem solving skills
• Strong writing skills; with the ability to write clear and concise answers to address users’ questions and problems
• Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to calmly speak to users in a friendly and empathetic manner
• Identify and anticipate customer needs
• Effectively prioritize work time to ensure productivity standards are achieved Comfortable working under pressure  

Position Requirements
Knowledge & Experience
• Two+ years’ experience in CRM, database and/or marketing software applications
• One+ years’ of related experience in a similar role or industry
• Application support experience with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Access
• Working knowledge of a range of software, diagnostic and support tools including GoTo Assist, LogMeIn Rescue and Help Desk ticketing systems, Adobe Acrobat Pro and Photoshop.  

Hours/Compensation
