The Role & Team: This role joins our Denver, CO team focusing on the Central to West Coast of North America. The role is “Client Partner” but what this means is that you will be responsible for managing and growing a collection of existing clients and building your own client base through new business sales work. This is an exciting opportunity for the right person. What You’ll Be Doing: Renewing and growing our customers Maximise revenue opportunities through careful negotiation on renewals and actively identify upsell opportunities and seek referrals from clients. Create opportunities to regularly promote how the partnership is working and areas of improvement. Clearly articulate the value proposition of solutions and products and the endless possibilities of the digital enterprise to your customers. Become established as a trusted advisor and industry thought leader through identifying, creating, and promoting compelling insights related to area of expertise. Provide an excellent Client Partnering Service to your existing client portfolio resulting in renewals/upsells/referrals Build key relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure consistent communication throughout the partnership. Ensure our service delivers value which promotes the correct behaviour to drive learners to the Mind Tools site and supports a decision to renew. Maximise learner engagement through innovative campaigns and initiatives to surpass client expectations. Team collaboration Learning from all colleagues, pro actively seek feedback and challenge yourself to input into internal knowledge sharing initiatives Collaborate across all internal teams and resources to ensure you bring the best solution to your clients. Keep up to date on industry trends, market & competition. Regularly meet and communicate with Marketing team to discuss ideas that will support clients with marketing materials, engagement ideas, as well as ideas to educate them on other EW products that will results in upsells. Be respectful and considerate to others within the business at all times, however, be confident to share clear and well evidenced feedback if requested Challenge yourself to improve Who We’re looking For: B2B phone sales and client account management experience. A passion for engaging with senior stakeholders to build strong commercial partnerships An understanding of complex sales processes and/or SAAS A track record of delighting prospects and clients resulting in a strong sales track record At least 3 years of selling solutions to large organisations The ability to demonstrate credibility quickly with senior stakeholders Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Extremely well organised and analytical with a structured and diligent approach to work. The ability to engage with others without meeting them in person (even post-COVID, the majority of the work will be conducted over the phone/email/video call) ** All interviews will take place via Microsoft Teams.
