Job Description

General support of the Operations team in the areas of Supply Chain and Production. Downstream production including LFD comb assembly, LFD strip cutting, vialing, and/or finished goods packaging and inspection.

Responsibilities Include:

• Coordinate across departments for the smooth flow of goods both internally and to external customers
• Support of production processes including comb assembly, cutting, labeling, packaging, inspection, nitro mount, full lamination, pouching of plates, vialing buffers, and washing laboratory glassware
• Hand assembly of strips into multi-test “combs”, and packaging “combs” in protective foil pouches
• Operation and cleaning of automated and semi-automated production equipment in assembly areas
• Inspection of materials in process and the removal of substandard material
• Meticulous and timely documentation of lot and part numbers, inventory and quality assurance records on SOPs, and/or production Pick Sheets
• Operation of vialing equipment
• Assembly, labeling, and packaging/kitting of components and finished goods.

• Maintaining and organizing products and supplies in the warehouse, production coolers, and shipping/receiving areas
• Following established safe work practices and working in a safe manner, following EnviroLogix safety policies and procedures, and for reporting any unsafe or hazardous condition to their supervisor or the Environmental, Health, and Safety department for corrective action

• Self-motivated; must be able to work effectively as a member of a team as well as in an independent role
• Excellent attention to detail and be able to set a high standard for quality, including using SOPs, documenting results and basic math
• Should be able to multi-task and work well under pressure
• Ability to communicate effectively, work smoothly with a team, and cooperate with and support co-workers
• Must maintain a clean and organized work area, including replenishing supplies
• Must be flexible to adapt to fast paced work environment with changing priorities, including extra shift work and possible weekend hours
• Basic working knowledge of Microsoft office applications
