EVERSPRING Financial Analyst Salary in the United States

Everspring is hiring a Financial Analyst to our growing finance team. Our ideal candidate has experience with financial analysis, budgeting and financial modeling. This position will report directly to the VP of Finance, and represents an opportunity for a talented individual to join a small, agile, and professional team. The Financial Analyst will have extensive exposure to all aspects of the business, and will perform analysis which supports key tactical and strategic decisions for the company.

This position is located in the Chicago Loop near Ogilvie and Union Stations.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare revenue and student forecasts and budgets
• Prepare cohort profitability analysis for inclusion in quarterly board reports
• Manage and maintain financial models for new business opportunities
• Manage staff cost allocations between clients and product lines
• Prepare and analyze monthly client P&Ls
• Prepare and analyze monthly functional financial reports
• Extensive involvement in annual budget process, and quarterly financial forecasts
• Overall responsibility for maintaining and reporting non-financial KPIs in financial reports
• Client level reporting to support Client Engagement function
• The analyst is likely to be extensively involved in ad hoc requests for analysis and insight

Our ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or similar field is preferred
• Up to 2 years financial analysis or budgeting experience preferred
• Strong MS Excel skills
• Financial modeling experience preferred
