FARMER'S FRIDGE Driver Salary in the United States

Pay: $20/Hour. Eligible for the quarterly bonus after 90 days of employment. Bonus is up to $2000/quarter based on performance.

Shift: It will be either 4-10hr shifts or 5-8hr shifts. This will be an overnight shift that will occur in this time window; ~10pm-8am. Need to be available to work some day hours to receive badges at certain locations. Will work Sunday night-Thursday night (if you have 4-10 hour shifts they will get an extra night off)

Our network of 300+ software-enabled smart Fridges vend handcrafted salads, grain bowls, sandwiches, and more. We are striving to change the food system from the ground up – one Fridge at a time.

Ideal Candidate:

We’re looking for a passionate, reliable, & solid Driver (with professional driving and merchandising experience) who have a clean driving record to provide healthy food to Fridges. The ideal candidate has experience driving professionally (10-foot cargo vans) as well as experience management a food inventory and/or merchandising in vending or pre-packaged delivery services.

What will the Driver be doing?

• Correctly fill our fridges with product, keeping the machines clean and properly stocked.
• Interact with customers on your vending route, address any issues and provide a great experience.
• Manage inventory by keeping accurate records with a handheld computer/iPad.

What are we looking for in a Driver?

• Valid Driver's license. We will be running a Motor Vehicle Report for all candidates during the interview process 
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• Physically able to move up and down, including bending and lifting frequently (up to 50 lbs required)
• Flexibility when it come to your schedule (every night could be different)!
• Comfortable using basic technology on a daily basis.
• We’re a team first, so we need to be able to work together and always be able to depend on each other.
• This is a fast-paced position, so you have to be organized, sharp and be able to approach the job in a very orderly way.
• Have enough hustle to move more than 50 salad trays per day.
• Ideally one year as a professional delivery Driver (ride-sharing experience doesn't apply).
