Job Summary

The Human Resources (HR) Manager will administer HR functions for GRAPHISOFT North America
and assist and advise the GRAPHISOFT offices in Mexico and Brazil with HR administration for
their teams.

The HR Manager will ensure the proper administration of staffing, onboarding, training, skills
development, and work permit and visa applications across the GRAPHISOFT America’s operating
units.

The HR Manager reports to HR Business Partner at GRAPHISOFT headquarters in Budapest,
Hungary and dotted line to GRAPHISOFT North America Managing Director. In addition, the HR
Manager will coordinate with GRAPHISOFT North America and local managers at GRAPHISOFT
offices in Mexico and Brazil to support rolling out global HR policies and supporting local HR
issues.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform standard HR functions and ensure proper documentation for all aspects of day-to-day HR activities
  • Support all aspects of the recruitment process for positions in GRAPHISOFT America’s offices
  • Monitor and report on changes to labor laws and regulations
  • Provide HR assistance to local management in the United States, Mexico, and Brazil to support compliance and other HR matters
  • Conduct employee onboarding, training & development programs
  • Ensure employees understand and are able to use existing systems to access and monitor their compensation, paid time off, leave requests, etc.
  • Promote, implement and manage global, regional and local HR programs
  • Assist in development and implementation of Human Resources policies
  • Help develop and maintain HR-specific performance indicators
  • Maintain employee records (electronic and hard copy) as required and in compliance with GRAPHISOFT and local data protection rules

Required skills, education & experience:

  • BSc/BA in human resources management, business administration or related field
  • Five years’ experience in human resources administration or related activity
  • Demonstrated understanding of human resources policies and procedures
  • Demonstrated success as an adaptable and flexible team player in rapidly growing and changing environments
  • Energetic problem-solver with integrity, credibility and commitment
  • Fluency in MS Office; prior experience with HRIS is a plus
  • Excellent communication and people skills
