Job Summary
We are looking for an Account Manager who can create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The Account Manager role will oversee an assigned group of customers, develop new business opportunities for the existing client base, and lastly, actively seek new sales opportunities
You could be the ideal candidate if you have 2 to 3 years of experience in account management. You must possess excellent customer service skills and have marketing and sales acumen help explain our product addressing questions and concerns in order to make sales. You need to have the ability to work with our sales teams in support of the overall company goals.

General responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• Operating as a lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to the GRAPHISOFT client base
• Develop strong relationships with our customers
• Connect with key business executes and stake holders
• Answer/allocate any questions that come in bound.
• Liaise with cross-functional internal teams to improve entire customer experience
• Insure the timely and successfully delivery of our solution according to customers’ in need
• This position may require occasional travel.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
