Primary Responsibilities:

Provide leadership and management to the new client sales team.

Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan to expand the company's customer base.

Achieving growth goals and sales numbers through successful management of the team.

Train the team to properly identify prospective client unfulfilled needs.

Develop an in-depth understanding of our direct competition.

Department training on all new sales initiatives.

Anticipated first-year salary (base + commission): $80-$120k.

Requirements

Required - 4 years of direct sales staff management.

Required - 4 years of new client acquisition.

Preferred - 2 years of experience in trade show or showroom sales.

Preferred - Sandler, or equivalent, sales training.

Working knowledge: Word, Excel, Outlook

Working knowledge: Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce or an equivalent CRM

Travel (less than 25%) to visit current or perspective clients is expected. This position is a Full Time/Salary (Exempt) role.
