PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for the on-shift daily flow of producing non-standard inks used in a variety of applications. Involved in the set up, operation and continuous flow of ink products and assist in helping to develop standard operating procedures as necessary. The daily assignment is based upon priorities determined by Ink Planning and the Ink Systems Supervisor. Works closely with Support Engineering and Manufacturing in the production and transition of inks from lab to manufacturing. Introduces new processes & raw materials to Inkmakers and Ink Support Specialists. Work hands-on to identify improvements on Ink Processes and make production inks to meet customer demands.
