This role will work alongside our data analyst, sales and relationship managers in the US and will support stakeholders in our international offices. Position Summary:

As a Jr Data Analyst, you will be the primary “Data Reporting” point of contact for Lotame’s Data sales and account teams. You will be responsible for monitoring the Data Reporting requests queue, executing standardized reporting processes and tasks and working closely with the technical services and account management teams to troubleshoot data reporting issues. You will also be involved in developing processes and documentation to support the growing Lotame data business. You will work with Lotame’s Data Sales, Data Acquisition, and Data Transmission resources to ensure that new or updated reporting and analytics processes are successfully planned and executed.

Additionally, this role will be responsible for providing the Data Sales and Sales Operations teams with documentation on any new or updated procedures regarding available reports, custom reporting operations, and best practices.

In this role, you will take direction from Lotame’s Sr. Data Analysts and work directly with some of the world’s largest data service providers, major telecom providers, and top-tier marketers and agencies to deliver best-in-breed data services. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitor the Data Reports requests ticket queue to respond, execute or escalate tickets as needed
• Manage the setup and execution of new or updated data reporting requests or tasks
• Document new or updated procedures governing Lotame Data Reporting processes 
• Work with others in the Lotame Data Ops team, data provider, and data partner resources to assist in solving issues encountered in daily operations
• Assist in communicating process best practices and request updates to Lotame stakeholders and data partners on the proper format, conduct, and specifications of Report requests
• Collaborate with the Customer Operations team to prioritize and escalate automation tickets and task-based work orders
• Maintain communication and working relationships with Lotame Finance, Product, and CS teams
• Track all tasks and process items using SalesForce and Toggl

Necessary Skills:

• Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and effectively translate them into solutions for clients.
• Demonstrated proficiency with MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Demonstrated familiarity with SQL/MySQL and basic Database query tools such as MySQL Workbench or similar
• Demonstrated familiarity with web development technologies including Chrome, FireFox, or Edge browsers developer tools, basic HTML, JavaScript and MySQL
• Organized and analytical, able to manage time and tasks priorities effectively
• Strong business and operational analytical skills
• Strong decision making and problem-solving skills
• Ability to maintain internal relationships with multiple cross-functional teams
• Ability to independently manage and drive personal workload
• Ability to effectively work and communicate with various client-side groups, including C-Level, Technical, Data Operations, and Account Management. 

 Education / Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information CS, Technology, Finance, Marketing, Data Science, Statistics or a related field, AND
• 0-3 years of relevant experience, OR
• A relevant combination of education and experience
• Preferred: Experience in data analytics or report development roles
• Preferred: Experience supporting online Ad operations, Ad-tech, or SaaS businesses
• Preferred: Experience in presenting to groups, especially training
