Preferred Knowledge/Skills: 

Demonstrates extensive knowledge and/or a proven record of success in managerial roles involving executing various aspects of client engagements and/or projects within a professional services environment, including the following areas:

  • Developing digital products that require healthcare domain expertise across relevant areas which could include patient care/engagement, provider, payer, pharma, etc.

  • Coordinate the efforts of the entire build team across multiple disciplines: Development Process (Agile Development), Architecture, Data Ops, Security, Infrastructure and DevOps, and QA;

  • Track Product Strategy and Accelerator Strategy pipeline and help leadership team on activities related to ramp up, on-boarding and start;

  • Track and coordinate activities for the Dev Leader with respect to development team build out, recruitment, and team movements;

  • Assist with any coordination with HR related to resource management in Mexico, India and China;

  • Track and coordinate activities for the Process Leader with respect to Agile Development process and process documentation;

  • Coordinate activities to compile information on team performance metrics and overall status in a Dev Dashboard;

  • Coordinate activities and budgets across Architecture, Data Ops, Security, Infrastructure and DevOps, and QA. Manage dependencies, risks and issues, and elevate to leadership as appropriate;

  • Develop leadership communications for development team; and,

  • Work closely alongside operational, development and process leaders.

Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success in consulting-related projects within a professional services environment, emphasizing leading of teams involved in full life-cycle software and/or multi-discipline development, including the following areas:

  • Demonstrate extensive program and project management skills and ability to self-direct work;

  • Demonstrate extensive written and verbal communication skills;

  • Demonstrate extensive analytical skills;

  • Demonstrate extensive background in liaising with and coordinating with stakeholders across multiple groups, including senior stakeholders;

  • Demonstrate experience managing multiple complex concurrent projects at once;

  • Demonstrate experience with common healthcare technologies including common industry software, systems, integration/interoperability needs and vendors.

  • Demonstrate experience in a broad range of technologies and appreciation for end to end application development;

  • Demonstrate familiarity with SAFe/Agile, and with project management software tools for agile development including JIRA, Aha, and Confluence; and, 

  • Demonstrate interest and enthusiasm for transformation.
