Job Overview

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our growing team of analytics experts. This individual will be the on-site project liaison for building client relationships, as well as for PYA Analytics as a whole and responsible for leading a team through a cost and timeline effective project from start to finish.

Roles/Responsibilities

• Create a plan for the project start to finish, while keeping your team highly motivated and productive promoting collaboration within your team.
• Evaluate project requirements, identify required assets and resources, evaluate costs and estimate time limes.
• Define workflow and assign tasks and roles needed for timely project completion.
• Establish communication channels and protocols.
• Address roadblocks and initiate remedial actions and correctional behaviors when necessary, adopt measures that will mitigate risk.
• Keep the project within budget, maintain quality standards, and allocate resources to maintain optimum cost efficiency.
• Perform root cause analysis to answer specific business questions and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Clearly communicate to both on-site and off-site senior leadership.
• Work with stakeholders including the Executive, Product, Data and Design teams to keep them up to date with accurate project reports.
• Work with data and analytics experts to strive for greater functionality in our data systems.

Qualifications

• Three years of project management experience, preferably in the data analytics field.
• Demonstrated organizational skills and people management.
• Strong client facing verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to be proactive and independent with decision making.
• Proven ability to solve problems and create solutions.
• Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business IT or another quantitative field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred.
