RAKEN Scrum Master Salary in the United States

Are you an experienced Scrum Master looking for a new and exciting step in your career? We are looking to bring someone on board to work closely with our teams here at Raken as we make our way into 2020.  As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for ensuring that members of the team are well trained into following the values of the Scrum framework and Agile practices. In addition, you will also ensure that the team members  are aware of their respective roles, and how they will fulfill them while using the framework. The Scrum Master will facilitate discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution while also getting the work done without coercion, assigning, or dictating the work.

Role Responsibilities:

• Coach delivery teams in best practices of Agile software development
• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of multiple projects and scope
• Facilitate traditional Scrum ceremonies; planning, grooming, review, and retrospective
• Anticipate, identify, track, and remove any impediments
• Encouraging collaboration between the Scrum team and product owner
• Provide key Sprint metrics to engineering leadership

Skills and Experience:

• 3+ years prior experience in leading cross-functional projects following Agile project delivery methods (Scrum, Kanban)
• Experience facilitating Scrum Ceremonies with JIRA
• Strong in building relationships, managing stakeholder expectations and ability to communicate at all levels
• Experience with conflict resolution, scope management, and issue & risk tracking
• CSP, ACP, PMP, Six Sigma or Lean certifications are a plus
