About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Production Artist to join our marketing team. This role requires someone who has a keen eye for detail along with a healthy mix of creative and technical know-how with the goal of delivering designs that bring to life the Revel + NovuHealth Brand. As a Production Artist you are curious, an avid learner, and are passionate about design and marketing.

You Will

• Collaborate closely with Senior Graphic Designer, Content Director, Marketing Engagement Manager, and VP of Marketing
• Create production-ready designs for print and digital materials including Google slides, social media and email campaign graphics, eNewsletter creative, website assets and marketing collateral
• Image curation, retouching, and manipulate images for collateral 
• Use graphic design software and work with a wide variety of media
• Adhere to brand guidelines and complete projects according to deadline 
• Maintain Revel’s digital assets in Google Drive
• Manage multiple project timelines, prioritize and organize the work, and work in a rapidly evolving, fast-paced team environment to meet deadlines 

You Are

• Process-oriented self-starter with strong problem solving skills
• Able to collaborate and execute on a concept
• Able to process and take action on creative feedback
• A self starter who is proactive with the ability to manage one’s own time efficiently and is a team player

You Have

• Must major in Graphic Design or related field with 2+ years of experience
• Familiarity with a variety of design tools. Must be proficient in basic design programs in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign), Google Slides, Google Docs, and Google Sheets
• A meticulous attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and consistency
• Strong layout skills, typography, and design principles
• Compelling portfolio of graphic design work
