Is responsible for LSI staff scheduling. MONDAY-FRIDAY & ON-CALL ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Hires and supervises the household (LSI) staff to insure that the facility is in compliance with all ICF/DD state and federal regulations regarding living unit staff, housekeeping and maintenance. 2. Responsible for completion and processing of the "New Hire Packet" and employee insurance information. 3. Manages and supervises client's active treatment programs in accordance with their individual program plan (IPP), and demonstrates the skills and techniques necessary to imp
