This will encompass cross-training and daily contribution across multiple departments driving the Revenue Cycle process including but not limited to Customer Service, Physician Support, Patient Access and Billing.

Upon Completion of the Revenue Cycle Coordinator II training and upon demonstration of all job competencies & expectation, the employee may be offered the opportunity to apply and be considered for the Level 3 Revenue Cycle Coordinator III.

Manage clinical revenue cycle for department in accordance with departmental and UPP policies and standards, including: Supervision of revenue cycle staff, Billing, Coding, Charge Lag process, Cash Payment Collections, Reimbursements, Denials, Report Generation.

RCM solutions to connect clinical and financial health information when and where it’s needed in the end-to-end revenue cycle experience to improve savings, cost-effectiveness and build a healthier bottom line.
