Job Description Job Description We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner for our Bio-Natural Hormone Replacement, Weight Loss and Aesthetics Clinic in Virginia. The successful candidate will be responsible for: providing patient education; performing history and physicals on initial intakes and annual renewals; determining if potential clients are candidates for therapy; dosing patients in accordance with established protocols; conducting hormone replacement therapy procedures; coordinating with nursing and consultant staff; performing telephone consults with existing patients; and electronic charting. Additional duties include: attending medical conferences, participating in peer review meetings and maintaining academic and licensure currency.
