Requirements MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: LPN, CMA: Graduate of an accredited LPN, Medical Assistant program. State of Idaho license in good standing or current CMA certification. Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred. Starting pay of $17.50 DOE for CMA's Starting pay of $20.50 DOE for LPN's. Full time position between 36 and 40 hours a week. There is a $500 referral bonus and there is also a $500 sign-on bonus for the employee that will be paid out after 1,040 hours are worked and 6 months of employment have been completed.
