Summary: This part-time position is responsible for assisting the brokerage department, such as keeping our marketing material updated and accurate and creating new brochures. In addition, you will be responsible for updating our available spaces and pricing on our marketing sites like LoopNet, Costar, etc. in addition to assisting the brokerage department with various administrative functions. In this role, you will report to the Executive Vice President. This is a part time position Monday – Friday, 10:00am-3:00pm Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: · Keep organized records of all third-party listing agreements. · Timely communication & leasing updates to 3rd party listing contacts · Responsible for promptly sending out listing agreements to third party owners. · Ensure listing extension letters are sent out promptly. · Assemble, review and proofread brokerage commission invoices. · Maintain a & update all marketing materials, create new marketing brochures
