Job Description Job Description POSITION SUMMARY The Camp Counselor ("Counselor") is responsible for supervising children, ages 4-14, and providing a safe environment to all program participants. The Counselor is required to participate in all planned daily activities, as well as field trips and special events, and will work in a variety of environments, both indoors and outdoors, for extended periods of time. Work is performed under the general supervision of the Coordinator, Recreation Programing. This position does not supervise any other position. Work is performed during regularly scheduled hours, and will involve additional hours, as needed. The position is non-exempt under the Federal Fair Labor Standards Act.
