They are seeking Scientists on all levels from Associate Researcher to Senior Scientists to join the cell Biology and Immunology Research and Development department. Duties Plan and design experiments assessing in-vitro functions of CAR-T/CAR-NK cells. Optimise cell-based immunoassays, including T-cell isolation and expansion. Multi-colour flow cytometry, ELISA, cytotoxic assays and ELISPOT Depending on level of role, you may be required to supervise associate scientists for routine laboratory work (not applicable for associate scientists) Experience PhD in cell biology/oncology/immunology (Masters degree will be considered) Extensive hands on experience with CAR-NK/CAR-T Experience in human T-cell biology, immunology or oncology Familiar with Viral vector construction, production and manipulation Experience in immune cel
