Metric Geo are looking for a Lead for a fast-growing Engineering Consultancy in the Water/Wastewater Industry. They have doubled in size over the last 2 years and have invested heavily over the previous 24 months in attracting leading talent and making strategic acquisitions of smaller consultancies to increase their technical offering and capabilities within Eastern PA. They are currently circa 250 employees and are regularly targeting engineering design projects in excess of $1M including a recent award with the City of Lancaster. They are looking to bring on a talented Water & Wastewater Practice builder reporting directly to the CTO & VP to continue their growth arc which includes reaching 400 engineers in the coming years. This position will be a critical lynch pin in their endeavors to grow the business and will be heavily involved in leadership meetings working with the executive team on growth strategy while being a Seller-Doer for W/WW projects. The split will be roughly 70/30
