POSITION SUMMARY:This is a non-exempt position responsible for assisting the HQS (Housing Quality Inspection) Supervisor in organizing and monitoring HQS inspections to ensure the inspections meet the requirements of the Housing Choice Voucher Program in a manner that provides responsive customer service. Duties include scheduling inspections, monitoring and tracking inspection due dates and completion rates, investigating complaints, processing rent increases and maintaining various logs and reports.
