You will provide recovery-oriented rehabilitation services in group or individual settings. Licensed Clinical Therapist Responsibilities: Meet weekly/monthly with assigned clients in either group, individual, joint, or family sessions. Schedule appointments with clients according to program standards. Complete clinical notes and other paperwork as required. Maintain consistent contact with referral sources and work cooperatively with other client treatment team members. Uphold with high regard the confidentiality of clients, and follow all HIPPA guidelines. Answer incoming phone calls from clients whenever possible.
