Company Description Super Soccer Stars is a community-based soccer development program for children of all ages. We provide outstanding soccer instruction to children in over 1,200 locations across the US, including Texas. From our inception in 2000, we have been committed to spreading soccer fun and promoting physical activity for kids. Role Description This is a part-time on-site role for a Soccer Coach for ages 2-6. The Soccer Coach will be responsible for delivering high-quality soccer instruction to children in the Irving, TX and neighboring areas. The coach will also be responsible for overseeing the safety and well-being of all players during practice and games, as well as communicating with parents and other coaches. This role pays $15-20 per hour depending on experience and location. We are looking for coaches for our Special Needs Program called Soccer Stars Shine. The Soccer Stars Shine program uses soccer as a vehicle to teach life skills to players of all abilities, including individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities such as (but not limited to) Autism Spectrum Disorder, Down Syndrome, ADHD and PDD-NOS. Through our innovative curriculum, designed by licensed therapists, we use soccer to promote socialization, strengthen peer interactions and advance gross and fine motor skills. With a low player-to-coach ratio, each player gets the individual attention they need in order to reach his or her full potential. All players are encouraged to work at their own pace while having a blast from the first touch on the ball. Coaches can earn from $18/hour to $25/hour. Our coaches use individual attention to ensure every child has success.
