The Production Manager is the primary point of contact for all matters concerning day-to-day operations at the Franklin, LA plant. Essential Duties: Achieve production goals by ensuring that the plant operates safely, at target rates, and within acceptable parameters. Lead the production and plant engineers to develop operating plans and task lists for the operators and other front-line personnel.
