Maintenance Supervisor: This position manages the maintenance, operation, and safety of company assets assigned too UACL Logistics & UACL Specialized. They oversee maintenance schedules, ensure safety compliance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with a team of Fleet Managers & the Road Service department. Equipment: Participate in equipment sourcing for business requirements. Monitor and coordinate maintenance/road service needs for specific trailer pools. Collaborate closely with Road Service & 3rd party vendors to ensure timely equipment repairs and return to service. Organize the in-service process for new trailers and manage distribution upon completion. Coordinate the retirement of outdated trailers and oversee the replacement process with new vans. Review and oversee the maintenance and utilization of all equipment. Establish rental properties for company assets in specified markets. Participate in discussions regarding a tractor LP program to expand the Owner Operator fleet.
