The ideal candidate for this role has experience providing leadership to a lab operations team performing chemical, microscopic and/or microbiological testing procedures. Basic Qualifications : Bachelors degree in Engineering or equivalent experience, plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant supervisory experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience to meet managerial expectations.
