Position Summary The Mortgage Fulfillment Underwriter ensures that the assets reviewed meet all applicable investor guidelines, through a complete knowledge of requirements and regulations. Overview: The SBA Underwriter delivers detailed quantitative and qualitative credit analysis and underwriting for SBA 7a and SBA 504 loan applications submitted by the SBA Business Development Officers. This role analyzes, underwrites, and recommends credit decisions according to the Loan Policy and SBA Standard Operating Procedures with minimal turn-around times.
