This position, which needs to be held in the the Reno, NV area, will be focused on the development of ground up, Multiple Commercial Asset Class properties. Specific responsibilities for the Senior Vice President include the development of concepts, budgets, coordinating due diligence, zoning issues and compilation of all information in association with Company Leadership. Critical to the success of the pre-development process, the Senior Vice President will leverage resources externally and internally, acting as an integrator, in order to drive the best possible development project to completion.
