Description POSITION SUMMARY Organizes, tracks, stocks and maintains supplies and equipment throughout the hospitals and pavilion. This position also monitors or provides cleaning of medical equipment and prepares it for use. Job Specific Responsibilities Organizes supply room. Maintains supplies to meet and maintain agreed upon par levels. Maintains equipment to ensure proper operating efficiency. Assesses need for repair/replacement or routine preventative maintenance. Maintains crash carts by restocking and outdating expired supplies. Coordinates repair and maintenance schedules with in-house departments, outside contractors, and/or vendors to ensure availability of equipment. Monitors equipment performance for higher than average failure rates or other trends. Maintains accurate, complete, detailed logs on the status of equipment and/or quality controls of equipment.
