Title: Quality Engineer (Onsite Customer Liaison) Position Summary: The Quality Engineer is responsible for performing inspections, establishing quality assurance testing models, and contributing to the development of quality control policies while serving as a key onsite liaison at our customer’s manufacturing plant. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Address customer complaints on two production lines, providing detailed problem descriptions, including pictures of defects, and affected part numbers. Review customer drawings for specifications to determine conformance or non-conformance. Report all non-conformances to the Company Team, collaborating to identify short-term solutions (containment) and long-term solutions (corrective action). Log all reports for effective tracking and documentation.
