Job Description Responsible for the transition of new accounts into Newmark's lease administration business line as well as supporting a variety of M&A and other projects that develop within existing accounts. The Transition Manager is a part of a team who, together with the Director, support all lease administration transition projects. The Transition Manager is responsible for the planning, organization, oversight, and control of the activities of the service line under supervision, so as to optimize the utilization of all resources under his/her control.
